Mike Suhre Joins Horner & Shifrin as Technical Manager
Horner & Shifrin is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Suhre to our team as a Technical Manager in the Building Services Department. With more than 30 years of experience in the consulting engineering field, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.
Mike specializes in plumbing and fire protection designs for healthcare facilities. His extensive experience includes working on a wide variety of commercial building projects, such as healthcare facilities, grocery stores, banks, and schools.
Mike’s notable projects include work for Blessing Hospital in Quincy and Mercy South in St. Louis. He has been involved in designing systems for various hospital departments, including surgery areas, sterile processing, MRI and imaging, pharmacies, kitchens, patient areas, and more.
Mike’s responsibilities have encompassed all aspects of project production, from initial design to completion. He has extensive experience with AutoCAD and Revit. His passion for Revit modeling and coordination with other disciplines has been a significant asset in his previous roles.
