Overview
Horner & Shifrin provided design and construction engineering for the reconstruction of Henry Avenue from Manchester Road to the City limits at Chancellor Heights Dr. The project included the reconstruction of approximately 4200 feet of the roadway. The design included mill and overlay, drainage improvements, replacement of non-compliant sidewalk with ADA sidewalk and ramps, and new curb and gutter along the project corridor. Topographic, utility and right of way survey were also conducted.
