About Jim McCleish, PE

Jim is an award-winning project manager who specializes in the areas of water treatment transmission and distribution, storage and pumping facilities and water supply feasibility studies. He also has extensive experience in the study and design of municipal wastewater treatment plants and collection systems and sludge management and is experienced in industrial wastewater, hazardous waste management, groundwater and soil remediation and stormwater permitting projects.
