About Joe Unterreiner

Joe Unterreiner has more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering design, including extensive experience working with both public and private entities. He has been intricately involved in projects both big and small, from hotels, casinos, and grocery stores to individual residential properties. He has worked on sites in Missouri, Illinois, and many other states, each dealing with its own design requirements and standards. He is well versed in the design requirements of MoDOT, IDOT, MSD, and other local municipalities in eastern Missouri and western Illinois.
