About Stephen Sichmeller, PE

Stephen Sichmeller is a civil engineer with more than 12 years of experience in the design of roadway infrastructure projects with Arkansas DOT. Stephen has been responsible for project management, corridor design, plan development, specifications, cost estimates, project coordination with other disciplines, and QA/QC. He is also Local Public Agency certified by MoDOT, giving him a thorough understanding of LPA project requirements.
