About W. Brian Ziegler, PE

W. Brian Ziegler is a civil engineering principal with more than 27 years of experience in the areas of roadway design and construction, site development, water distribution and wastewater collection and treatment. His expertise in transportation infrastructure includes planning, design and construction engineering for all aspects of local roadways, rural section roads, urban road, roundabout and signalized intersections. He has extensive experience in the coordination with multiple funding types, including STU/STP, EDP, TARP, EDA, motor fuel and local gas taxes, tax increment financing, and many others.  He also has extensive experience with funding sources for water and wastewater facilities through state, federal, and private entities.

Brian is an active member of the Marion, Illinois community. He serves as a board member at the Marion Chamber of Commerce, is a chairman of the Regional Economic Development Corporation and a founding member of the Williamson County CEO Program.
